UASSET Store is an independent marketplace and is not endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with Epic Games, Inc.
1. Definitions
- UASSET Store/Platform: The digital marketplace accessible at https://uasset.store, operated by Hiraeth Digital
- Buyer: Any individual or entity purchasing Products through UASSET Store.
- Seller: Any registered business entity listing products for sale on UASSET Store, subject to meeting seller eligibility criteria.
- Products: Digital assets, such as Unreal Engine Blueprints, Plugins, Environments, and related items, listed for sale on UASSET Store.
- Unreal Engine EULA and Terms: The End User License Agreement and associated terms and conditions from Epic Games governing the use of the Unreal Engine software.
- Account: A registered user profile on UASSET Store.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using UASSET Store, you confirm that you:

3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Types
- Buyer Accounts: For purchasing Products.
- Seller Accounts: For purchasing Products, as well as listing and selling Products. Seller accounts are initially limited to EU-based registered businesses. Seller accounts require application approval as detailed in the Seller Agreement.
3.2 Account Security
- Account security can be strengthened by using Two-factor authentication (2FA).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Platform Usage
4.1 Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
- Violate any laws or third-party rights, including copyright laws and Unreal Engine EULA and Terms.
- Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringing.
- Circumvent our payment or vetting processes.
- Use UASSET Store for fraudulent activities.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or access the source code of the platform.

5. Transactions
5.1 Purchases
When you purchase a Product:
- You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license as specified in the EULA.
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase and are subject to approval. Refunds are generally not available for downloaded Products, except under exceptional circumstances such as technical issues preventing asset use as advertised or misrepresented files. Approved refunds will be credited to the Buyer's UASSET Store account balance.
5.2 Pricing and Taxes
- All prices are listed in EUR (Default Currency). Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes, including VAT or sales tax.
- UASSET Store is responsible for remitting taxes on behalf of sellers where required by law.
5.3 Chargeback Policy
Buyers are required to use UASSET Store's refund system as the primary means to resolve issues. Chargebacks should be reserved for exceptional cases—such as demonstrable technical errors in UASSET Store's transaction processing or clear billing mistakes (e.g., duplicate charges).
Unjustified chargebacks, initiated without first using the refund process or without valid cause as reasonably determined by UASSET Store, constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in temporary or permanent account suspension, as well as liability for associated fees and administrative costs. UASSET Store reserves the right to investigate all chargebacks. Buyers are encouraged to contact UASSET Store Support before initiating a chargeback.
6. Seller Policies
Sellers must:
- Ensure all listed Products are original and comply with applicable laws, including Unreal Engine EULA and Terms. Sellers are expected to maintain and update their assets to remain compatible with current Unreal Engine versions, with details in the Seller Agreement.
- Grant UASSET Store a license to host, display, and market their Products.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership
Sellers retain ownership of their Products but grant UASSET Store a license to:
- Host and display their Products on the Platform.
- Use Product-related materials for marketing purposes.
7.2 Copyright Violations
Users may report copyright violations via email to copyrights@uasset.store. Verified violations will result in immediate takedown of infringing content and may lead to account suspension.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 Disputes Between Buyers and Sellers
UASSET Store mediates disputes between Buyers and Sellers in good faith to facilitate resolution. Decisions made by UASSET Store are final and binding, however, UASSET Store is not obligated to provide a specific outcome.
8.2 Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
9. Termination
9.1 By UASSET Store
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violations of these Terms, the EULA, or Seller Agreement.
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
9.2 By User
Users may terminate their accounts by providing written notice to UASSET Store. Termination does not absolve Users of any outstanding obligations.
10. Amendments
UASSET Store reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
11. Liability and Indemnification
11.1 Platform Liability
UASSET Store provides the Platform "as is" and is not liable for:
- Product fitness for a particular purpose.
- Losses arising from unauthorized account access.
11.2 Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify UASSET Store against claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from:
- Breach of these Terms.
- Use or misuse of the Platform.
- Intellectual property infringement.
By using UASSET Store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
