What is UASSET Store?
UASSET Store is a digital assets marketplace dedicated to connecting Unreal Engine developers and sellers.
As a seller, you can list your Unreal Engine assets while we take care of the technical details, payment processing, and VAT management. Buyers can explore a growing marketplace of high-quality Unreal Engine assets to enhance their projects.
What does it mean that UASSET Store is in Beta?
UASSET Store is currently in its Beta phase. This means we've launched the platform with core functionalities available, but we are still actively testing and refining the system before the full public launch. We are launching with 'limited access' during this Beta as we are also in the process of transferring past customer purchases to the new platform. During the Beta phase, you might experience some minor issues or limitations as we work to optimize performance and finalize all features.
Who can sell on UASSET Store?
We currently welcome registered businesses based in the European Union to sell on UASSET Store. We're actively working to expand our platform to support sellers from outside the EU as soon as possible. To get started, you'll need to complete our seller onboarding process and agree to our Seller Agreement.
What types of products can I sell?
You can sell Blueprints, Plugins, Environments, and related items.
Ensure all products comply with the Unreal Engine and UASSET Store EULA and Terms and our quality standards.
How do I get paid?
Once your UASSET Store Wallet balance reaches or exceeds €100 EUR, you can request a withdrawal. To do so, navigate to your Seller Dashboard, then go to "Withdrawals" and click “Withdraw.”
Withdrawal requests are processed immediately on our end, but please allow 1-2 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account.
What fees are charged on each sale?
UASSET Store retains a Platform Fee, which is a percentage of each sale. The fee structure is tiered based on the following revenue tiers:

Can I see a breakdown of my earnings?
Yes, your seller dashboard provides detailed reports showing your sales, earnings, product analytics, Platform Fees, and any VAT collected. This gives you full transparency over your transactions and sales.
How is VAT handled on sales?
UASSET Store acts as the deemed supplier and is responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting VAT on all eligible purchases within the EU and other jurisdictions as required. The VAT rate is based on the customer’s location and VAT status. Users can also submit their company details and VAT ID to be eligible for the reverse charge mechanism.
Does VAT affect my earnings?
No, VAT is added to the customer's purchase price and is managed by UASSET Store. Your earnings are calculated based on the product base price set by you, net of the Platform Fee, and VAT is not deducted from your earnings payout. You receive your earnings net of the Platform Fee, and UASSET Store handles the VAT separately.
What if my customer provides a VAT number?
If a business customer provides valid company details and VAT number, VAT may not be applied to their purchase, depending on applicable VAT rules. Our system automatically handles this validation process.
How do I become a seller?
To become a seller, you need to register for a Seller Account on UASSET Store. The process includes agreeing to the Seller Agreement and completing the seller onboarding. During onboarding, you will be required to provide business details, including your legal entity name, tax identification information, and bank account details for payouts.
Can I sell internationally?
Yes, UASSET Store is designed for global selling. While initially seller accounts are limited to EU-based businesses, the platform supports international buyers, and we manage VAT compliance across different regions as required. We are also working on expanding our support for international sellers soon.
How do I list my products?
Once your Seller Account is approved, you can list products through your seller dashboard. You will be able to upload your product files, set prices in EUR, provide detailed descriptions, add changelogs, media and any necessary information for buyers.
Can I offer discounts or promotions?
Yes, UASSET Store provides tools for sellers to create discounts and promotional offers for their products. You can manage these through your seller dashboard to boost sales and attract customers.
What if I have an issue with my account or sales?
We are available to assist you with any issues related to your account, product listings, sales, or payouts. To get support, please open a ticket from the Tickets section on the platform.
Can I request custom features or integrations?
We value seller feedback and are always looking to enhance UASSET Store. If you have suggestions for new features or integrations, please reach out. While we cannot guarantee implementation, we will certainly consider all suggestions for future updates.
